About Andrew Hemminger

Born and raised in Annapolis, Maryland, I offer clients a deep understanding of local neighborhoods and market conditions. A graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, I served over 20 years in the Navy’s Nuclear Program, where I developed a strong attention to detail, disciplined work ethic, and unwavering ethical foundation. As an owner of multiple rental properties, I bring firsthand knowledge of home expenses, property management, and construction and remodeling processes, allowing me to guide buyers, sellers, and investors with confidence and practical insight.
